Our pricing policy, VAT & DVLA fees:
To keep things simple (and our prices low) all our prices are fixed, at the outset, at the very lowest figure that we'll accept.
This means, of course, that we can't consider any offers (however close).
Please add an appropriate mark up to allow for this.
VAT + (£80 + VAT) will be added to the list price of all registrations.
About our stock:
All registrations are owned by us and held on certificates in our company name.
Registered trade clients can download a copy of our stock list anytime from our website and additionally we send an email update every time there's an amendment.
Note: for information about registering, please contact us (if you receive email updates you're already registered).
Advertising our stock:
Registered trade clients can advertise our stock to the public using any medium.
You must not include our stock in lists that you send to other dealers.
How to order:
Ordering is quick and easy - just email us confirming the registration that you wish to purchase.
Usually, we will not require a deposit but we reserve the right to request one in certain circumstances.
If you'd like us to add a nominee please email the details.
We will not be deemed to have entered into a contract until we have confirmed that an order has been accepted.
Every effort is made to ensure accuracy but in the unlikely event that a price is displayed or quoted incorrectly we will not be bound to accept an order at that figure.
Payment and delivery:
All registrations are supplied on a certificate.
Our preferred payment method is by bank transfer. On receipt we will forward the signed certificate and a VAT invoice.
If payment is made by cheque we reserve the right to retain the certificate until the cheque has cleared.
We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if full payment is not received within 30 days of the date that the sale was agreed.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the registration is assigned to a vehicle or renewed before the certificate expires (without relying on us to remind you).
Emark is a trade supplier of personalised registrations. We are based in Dorset and the company is owned and managed by Mike Broadley, Geraldine Broadley and Mark Broadley.
We have been trading in personalised registrations since 1995. In the early years we traded as Top Numbers and sold direct to the public, advertising nationally in the Sunday Times, Mail, Telegraph, Autotrader etc.
We were one of the first dealers to sell online and in 1999 we rebranded as Emark.co.uk (using our domain name as our business name). In 2005 we incorporated as a limited company.
In 2008, we changed to our current business model and started selling to the trade only, exclusively from our own stock.

We do not add any cookies directly. However, as we use Google Sites (for web hosting) and Google Analytics (to measure how users interact with website content), some cookies are added by Google (more ..)

We use technology to track general visitor patterns but it does not attempt to identify individuals.
